EDITORIAL PROJECT

The collaboration between FIT Festival and LAC gave birth in 2016 to the series I QUADERNI DEL FIT.
The format we follow every year is to entrust different professional categories with some reflections related to theatre and especially to contemporary theatre.
On the one hand there is a team of critics who accompany the project every year and who are: Renato Palazzi, Maddalena Giovannelli and Francesca Serrazanetti. On the other hand, every year a new group of professionals from different fields and areas is invited. The observers of this heterogeneous group, starting from the vision of some performances of the festival, produce editorial contents that are published every year in the new issue of the series.

It has been decided to distribute the booklets widely and to make sure that they can be read and downloaded for free from our website.

If you would like a hard copy of the booklet, please send your request by e-mail to
via e-mail:  at a cost of CHF 12-.

For the moment, all the issues of I QUADERNI DEL FIT are only available in Italian.

Beginning with the sixth issue, that of 2022, the series Quaderni del FIT changes its name and graphics, marking an increasingly strong artistic synergy between the two partners giving rise to the evolution of the series, which takes the name of Sguardi sul contemporaneo.

With the 2023 edition, Sguardi sul contemporaneo will also have further development in the editorial part.
An expanded view on the contemporary in all its forms, will be researched and selected by the two curators, Paola Tripoli and Carmelo Rifici, through their programming; an outlook that will involve intellectuals and thinkers from different nationalities, places of residence, countries and cities, from disciplines always beyond the theater (as we have always done), capable of questioning the world and the contemporary by looking as far as possible.
Intellectuals and thinkers we will choose with great care and attention, trying to make the new series a small and contemporary observatory on the world.

The first three  numbers of Sguardi sul contemporaneo is available at the LAC Theatre Book shop at a cost of CHF 12-.

For the moment, the booklet is only available in Italian.
