Three cities – Lugano, Basel and Johannesburg – will be connected live with the audience to follow, on a big cinema screen, the adventures of a group of young people wandering through the night in Johannesburg. They were born in the early 2000s, ten years after the end of apartheid, into a world of economic crises, incendiary wars and propaganda-fuelled hysteria. They live in a multicultural reality, but not in a just one. They do not believe in one God. They may no longer have any faith at all. They are curious, sad, angry, ironic, vulnerable – but they do not hide their vulnerability, they turn it into their weapon.
